The Vaporesso Apex is a nice device in appearance. The 2000 mAh battery lasts a long time and the model is not too big. The device does have a few disadvantages, if you set a coil to e.g. 7 Watt, it will in some cases assume an 11 Watt setting after removing the pod, that automatically choosing the best power setting should be an option for me. The pods "crack" quite loudly, this is because the voltage is regulated via a block frequency when setting a low Wattage, then you get a lower Wattage setting. You will hear this a lot with mesh coils, ceramic or cotton. With wound coils this hardly occurs, which is why I replace the coils with wound ceramic coils of 1.2 Ohm. After replacing this, you can vape wonderfully and without hearing annoying noise.
